I have been fortunate in my online life (since 1993, believe it or not) to have met so many fine folks. Most have come and gone over the years ... it's simply the nature of life on the web. But, coming back to building these websites I owe major kudos to several people, for whom I may never have decided to do this, at all.

WTF is this place? Part Community (forums), Part Portal (links), Part Blog (reviews), Part News (previews), Part Interactivity (chat) ... basically, anything cool I can find relating to science fiction, and sharing scifi stuff with fellow fans.

Once Upon a Time ... on a website far, far away ... There lived a webmaster, nicknamed The Gunslinger, who loved everything science fiction, fantasy and horror. So, in 2001, he built a few portals with links to all his favorite websites, and posted previews and reviews of movies, books, and television relating to the genres.
